Single or double? Go ahead and answer so someone that does know what they're doing can respond? You want to make restitution? You could have came over anytime and done so. You didn't. Look long and hard before purchasing a Cavco home. I am not impressed with the underlying quality…read moreof the home we purchased. Biggest issue found was gas fireplace installation was horrible. No sealant was put around rubber boot going through the roof. Major leak caused all the electronics to be drenched. Crew sent to replace the unit found major issues behind the wall around vent pipe. Drywall meant to protect home from fire was broken away from wall and fire retardant foam was not done adequately where it went through ceiling. This would not have been caught had the roof not leaked. This could have been catastrophic!!!! The house could have caught fire with use of fireplace.

In living room they used to different color whites on ciling all of my light sockets had a gap between the socket covers and the walls almost all my doors wouldn't stay closed the caulk is comming off around sinks and the longer I live in it the more I notice

We called April 11 - they responded and showed up same day with estimate. Work started couple days…read morelater (April 19) then rains came in. Work finally got done (after many phone calls and messages) on May 14. We were told to let it cure for 24-48 hrs before driving on. There were a few questions we had and asked Jim to stop over. Jim has yet (July 29) stopped over to find out my questions, He has not responded to MANY Phone Messages, Facebook Messages or voicemails. I had received ocassional responses to messages with excuses of being busy, but we will be working in Marshfield - I will stop over. Two weeks later he wasnt feeling well and would get back to me. After a couple more weeks (June 24), I messaged him again and he finally got back to me saying he was on his way home from Florida and would get back to me when he returned. Have sent several messages since the 24th with NO RESPONSE via phone and Facebook. I am sure I am now being GHOSTED!! He still has no idea on concerns or questions we have, but when you dont respond with a phone call, how would he know. We are about 4 miles from his business and were asking for 1/2 hr of his time. NOW I get NO RESPONSES and all calls go to voicemail with NO CALL BACK - Not very good customer service after the job is done, so I'm not sure how good that 1 year guarantee is going to be either. As soon as you pay him and you have a few questions and ask him to stop over, he automaticly thinks there is a problem and doesnt want to deal with you.
