I think this place is politically connected because after the local election, my policy was…read morecancelled. I can not think of anything else that would have gotten me cancelled. As a home owner, you have to get insurance and I have had no problem until signing up with this outfit. One year into our relationship they started sending me mailings because they had informers checking out my house and they said I needed to get my roof inspected again ( it was just inspected 10 months earlier when I purchased the home) or they would cancel me. Honestly, there was no email. no phone call, no warning or explanation, but 60 days later, I was cancelled. All because they said they were watching my house and thought I should have a roof inspection. I can only think this is politically connected because this happened right after a contentious election in a very small rural area of Southern California. My husband is a Professor at USC. I didn't think things like this still happened to people. Well, we did everything they asked, We had 4 roofers out to the house and appealed the cancellation but they would not reinstate our policy. This should be criminal.

I spoke with her because I wanted to know why he had homeowners on his insurance if he sold his house about a year ago. She then explained to me it was renters not owners and that it was added to lower his car his policy ( very shady by the way ) and got very defensive towards me. When I started asking more questions she became very rude over the phone being vague when answering all my questions . She had put renters policy for not just my father but my sister as well ( she previously had a car insured by them as well ). She cancelled because she was having the same issue with her not answering questions and form of delivery was very poor . She was giving me such a hard time that I decided to cancel his policy and find something elsewhere. When I asked her how he can cancelled ( I had my father on the phone ) she said I had to sign . All she said was sign but wouldn't say where or what he would sign ( being vague ) when I asked her what she meant by sign she asked me if I didn't know what a signature was. Like I said this is not a way to treat your customers . Very poor all I had were questions but when questioning what she was doing she became very rude . Aren't you all suppose to be there to help us . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Also, check your statements.
