Centrally located in Jindabyne, this is a great dining spot if you are nearby. Great for groups, families with kids and lovers of Mexican food. It was so good we dined here two times over a three night stay in Jindabyne. The fajitas are highly recommended, as are the corn on cob side. Went here on the eastern long weekend and was told when we got here and holiday surcharge applied. I thought strange it's not a public holiday but thought hey probably on A couple of dollars. There was two of us there had two hot chocolates and two deserts which were very nice but then the shock came a 4.50 per person surcharge. So basically they got a 9 dollar tip just for privlage of eating at their restaurant. Don't think I would return here as they are just ripping off tourists. read more

Won't be rushing back here too quick which is a shame as I do love Mexican food. We were a party of 8 which consisted of 6 adults and 2 small kids and we went on a Friday night on walk up. When we arrived we were happy to sit outside which was completely fine and it was nice that they offered blankets as it was quite nippy. They also brought the kids straight out a colour in set. That's pretty much where the positives end! It took a while for us to be served which was ok as it was getting slightly busy. We ordered and our entrees came out at two different times. We ordered second round of drinks that didn't show up but another tables drinks showed which we sent away. We had been there for about an hour now and still no sign of the kids dinners. We then waited some more and 2 of our party were served. A good 10 mins later another meal arrived - still no kids meal. We then asked for the kids meal as they by that time were hungry and restless. Only part of their meal arrived and we told the staff to cancel the rest as they were going to go home. 3 people were still waiting for their food. 2 more people were served a good 10 mins again later and the final dish (which was mine) arrived well after everyone had finished. We had been there that long that the kids had gone home and I hadn't even started eating. When my food finally came it really lacked seasoning. I had the beef burrito and the rice was undercooked that was inside. I definitely think it could improve and I hope they do. Finally when we were paying the bill we were charged the other tables drinks! The customer service from the staff lacked because they were way understaffed! The worst thing was how long it took food to come out for the kids! It just wasn't acceptable! read more

I have been here so many times it's not even funny. The jalapeño poppers are that good, as are the enchiladas and nachos. They also have an amazing steak with the best mashed potato I've ever had in my life.
