The waiting area/office has some magazines to read, a small couch and foxtel (although not working on this occasion - no signal). Workshop is clean and appears well maintained. Staff are friendly enough. Credit card facilities are available too.

He did mention that my brake pads were 80% worn and I could get these replaced for another $76 or so, and initially I said yes but then checked my last service receipt (from another shop) and I'd had my brakes inspected a couple months back, I wasn't sure I really needed these done so I declined. Picked the car up that arvo and she drives as good as new. Is still probably scared of me though. Maybe I should wash her more.

That's the down side of using a chain is that store managers like Tim can't give you a reduced rate they have to stick to the brand's set price. He also text me to keep me updated through the day as to when my car would be ready. The service was good, friendly and efficient so I would go back there.
