Upon a recommendation from a family friend, we contacted Yates flooring and couldn't have been happier. The manager came to our home and measured all rooms that we needed to change out and sneered all questions that we had. Except for the, what flooring do you recommend question. But that's a harder question to answer with anything other than come to the showroom and look at what they have to offer. He was right, immediate overload as soon as we walked in and it looked like they had a bunch of everything. He helped us narrow it down to what we were looking for and then we picked out what we wanted to use. The flooring was ordered and install date was set. We went with carpet in three bedrooms and vinyl plank in the fourth. The crew ripped out all the old carpet and lid the carpet (one piece no seams) as well as laid the vinyl planks in one day. All rooms were cleaned up and ready to be lived in and no trash was left on site. Crew was professional and polite.
