Got a price/sq.ft. and went home and measured so I had a rough idea what my price would be. Set up a quick come in and measure and got my cost estimate, right where I thought it would be! With both projects, I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the flooring and carpet journeymen that they employ. I was particularly impressed with the carpet journeymen's no-nonsense approach to moving the furniture in and out of the bedroom. No complaints, no muss, no fuss. Additionally, with projects like this, workers are sometimes not very conscientious about the cleanup afterwards. The carpet team immaculately cleaned up after themselves. The best part was the quality of the installation and the install time. The work was done in 3 hours, including moving the furniture. They told me I would get custom cabinets with quartz countertops. I bought my own countertops and they custom cabinets were prefab from Home Depot. He convinced me to go with Luxury vinyl instead of porcelain tile because it is waterproof. No that is not a fact! The contract was extremely vague. It did not match what Willie said at all. He leveled a concrete floor but it is not level. Make sure if you go with this company you get a very clear contract because what he says it not what he does. They also leave messes and don't clean up
