Furthermore, the home we ultimately closed on was a competitive "hot" home where we offered an extremely competitive three-week escrow period. Koorosh took the time to talk to the selling agent to assure him it could be done, and it was! A three-week escrow is no joke, and Koorosh executed it masterfully. We will be using Koorosh for any and all future property purchases and cannot recommend him enough.

From our very first conversation, I knew I was in the hands of a true professional -- someone who not only understands the mortgage process inside and out, but also genuinely cares about his clients. We faced several unexpected challenges from the seller's side, but Bill navigated every hurdle with calm confidence and creative problem-solving. He has a rare ability to make a complex, high-stakes process feel smooth and painless. Bill's professionalism is matched only by his human qualities -- patience, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to his clients' success. What impressed me most was his resourcefulness. He explored multiple strategies to ensure I got the best possible loan, always explaining each step clearly and making sure I felt informed and comfortable. He was responsive, attentive, and proactive, often checking in before I even had to ask. The process takes a lot of trust from the buyer, and along the way I put my trust in Bill and his team, and when it was all said and done we landed EXACTLY where we wanted to be from the get go. I'd expect nothing less from a man who wrote the book on buying a house. Literally, he wrote a book on it!
