Seriously the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience and disgusting customer service. I would not recommend them to my dog, end of story.

Terrible customer service on behalf of the owner and I do not recommend this company to anybody and urge you to look elsewhere. Accidents happen but the way the owner dealt with the situation was appalling. Never in my life have I been talked to by a business owner in this manner. DO NOT USE TBAY MOVERS.

Sam offered an estimate over the phone. I told him that I wanted the estimate to be close to the…read moreactual cost as my mother (92) was on a fixed income. When the move was over, we were charged almost twice the amount of the estimate. The movers told us there should have been a third man in their crew but he'd gone to the hospital after cutting his hands in the morning job. So of course we wondered if that was why the job took so much longer. The movers left their dollies at my mom's condo forgetting to pack them for when we got to mom's new place. They only went to pick up the dollies when most of the furniture had been moved in. One of my brothers told them they had not only forgotten to pack their dollies, but that they had left my mom's 55" television at the back entrance of the condo building. They borrowed a key to get back into the building to pick these items up. Then, they never gave the key back. I would highly recommend not using this business in the future. Sam did not care to help with any of the concerns we raised.
