There are classes throughout the day, a spinning room, weight machines, a large free weight and stretch room, suspension cables, pool, spa, turkish bath, treadmills, etc.., etc.. Yes, everything! Oh, and there's even a beauty center for facials, and massages. BUT THE BEST PART for me was the free session with a personal trainer. He takes into consideration your age, weight, health concerns, and all other aspects of your body and then sets you up on a program. You're given a fob key to plug into all the recommended machines and the screen will instruct on seat position, amount of weights, and the number of repetitions. It's like having a personal trainer with you everyday at the gym. The staff here are all very friendly (and attractive, lol) and are very helpful. Showers are large and private. Oh, and don't forget your toiletries! Locker area is quite spacious as well. There are a few locations around Barcelona, Madrid, and other international cities and members get access too all of them. Obviously it's a little pricier than the other gyms, but IMHO it is totally worth it!

Dijeron que necesitaban mis datos bancarios para verificar mi cuenta. Un empleado me vigiló como un buitre, diciéndome que firmara. Estaba en catalán y no pude leerlo. Parece que lo único que les importa es seguir cobrando, sin tener en cuenta la fidelidad de los clientes ni ofrecer soluciones razonables. Una verdadera lástima ver cómo ha empeorado la gestión y el trato al cliente en los últimos años. No recomiendo!!!
