Enter The Beautery I was so relaxed, I forgot to give my technician instructions on how I like the nails shaped. I needn't have bothered: not only did my technician complete one foot without me noticing but also rendered the nails to perfection I had to stop working on my computer multiple times to see of the technician had fallen asleep: I could not feel a thing. And the nail job -- EASILY one of the best manicures I've ever enjoyed. If I was being really nitpicky I would mention that the sofa in reception has small stains on it, the little cup of water they offered just felt like an afterthought and the way the foot tub area is designed is awkward for men and taller women. (I attached the photo below however just like a lot of other customers that have written reviews on here, they deleted the photos. How unprofessional. I'm sure their massages are great but don't get a manicure here. I asked for a black shellac manicure, they started to put it on my nails, then she realized the color was terrible and they ran out of black. Then they told me they don't have time to give me a shellac manicure so they instead painted my nails black (non-shellac). However when she painted them black, she only put one coat on and it looked terrible because she didn't care to even make it look good because they gave it to me for free. Then I told them I was disappointed with my experience and she responded with telling me that "I'm sure you make mistakes with the job you have so we all make mistakes" instead of just owning up to it. Not a way of handling customer service. I wish the woman realized that the color was terrible before putting it on me instead of just putting it on me. It was not professional and she didn't seem to care. I regret spending my last vacation day getting my nails done here in Barcelona.
