I started therapy with Metroplex in 2020, from the first day coming through the doors there was nothing but smiling faces and kind hearts. Angel and Lisa has the best customer service that I have ever seen. In March 2020 covid started and therapy was not open, after reopening a change in management came and I felt that it would not be the same. But the second time of going I felt that God had open heaven doors for me, with Angel and Lisa the receptionist showing great customer service greeting you by name. President of Metroplex Denil is very kindhearted and always forcing on sure your needs are address. From therapy in the pool to the comfortable recliners and the therapeutic beds, making sure you are being relax and comfortable is their main force doing your therapy. Employees passing by asking "if you ok" most heartful thoughts anyone could ever experience. With the experience and care that I have gotten going to Metroplex Physical Therapy for the past two years words can't justify it, just to know that your doctor has chosen some one like them to put your therapy needs in their hands is breathtaking. My name is Scott, and I am a service-connected, disabled US Army Veteran. I was referred here for back pain, but I didnt have much hope or confidence of relief. Since I've been dealing with sciatic pain for the last two decades. Right right off the first thing I liked was that the Owner, Danil...took the time to listen, and hear what my body was doing, and how I have been affected. The entire staff seemed to echo this sentiment and attitude, and adopted the plan of ' healing ' me. Not 100% , but recovering a large portion of my strength. This process would be undertaken using a combo of massage, excercises, and therapeutic techniques. To their credit, I did indeed gain a degree of increased strength. However there is only so much they could do when nerves are involved. I generally felt better leaving than when i started the session. The staff has a lot to do with that fact. The soreness kicks in a few hours after Ive left the center No fault of theirs, though. All in, I'd say that this location and business is doing some really phenomenal work. I had been dealing with sciatica pain for three years thinking it would go away before I finally complained to my doctor about it. She referred me to Metroplex Physical Therapy and I am so very happy she did! The tingling in my toes and sensations down my leg were gone after just a few sessions at Metroplex! After that we worked diligently on exercises that have alleviated the localized pain in my lower back and hip. Yesterday, I was dismissed after just a couple of months. I will continue my stretches and exercises so that the pain doesn't come back and I've been well trained now to know what to do! I can't say enough good things about the staff at Metroplex! It's so clear that they care about each other, enjoy each other, and they are so very kind, caring, and attentive with each and every patient. Every staff member knows your name and gets to know you! I highly recommend Metroplex Physical Therapy because the staff shows a friendly place to receive personal help. I first visited the Duncanville, Texas office in 2025. I was treated once a week building to twice a week. I was referred again after back surgery in January 2026 and I started at three times a week. The treatments help me understand why three times a week. The staff asked and listens to my responses witch helps me with my recovery. Listening to my fears and assuring me that time and patience's with myself would help me to recover. Treatments start slow and build daily. It is not easy learning to rebuild, control, and reward yourself for trying. Staff encourages and checks that the work needed is put in to help build mind and body. Learning what I can do helps builds to what I need to do more. Listening to staff helps build, from what is tough in treatment. I feel that I am receiving personal care. I recently had Brain Surgery for Chiari Malformation 1, a rare brain condition that causes neurological issue and was referred for Physical Therapy. The staff members, from the front to the back are awesome. They were very attentive in assisting me with my exercises. I am very thankful that my Neurosurgeon had them as an option for regaining the strength and motion in my neck. I had physical therapy 3 days a week, for 1 hour. The best part after the exercise was the neck/back massages & the relaxing hot/cold packs, while I relaxed in the massage chairs. Thanks to them, I regained the motion in my neck and am healing well.
