I do not recommend anyone to enter in any dealings with .......... as she does not respect contractual terms and will try to rip you off at the first opportunity. Her contractual obligation was to pay for the works once complete. she refuses to pay for the works carried out. Be aware that a person that does not respect contractual terms is not a person you want to trust with your possessions earned through your hard work. As in regards to Metro Realty, they refuse to forward the calls to her and that is the only dealing I have had with Metro Realty and this review is to reflect the professional conduct of Metro Realty. read more

Agree with previous review. This agency will try and dodge its legal responsibilities especially regarding the lease details. Poor Condition report on property recently rented would have caught many unsuspecting tenants. They tend to not note things on report and defects are actively hidden such as dodgy power points behind furniture. They made excuses for not sticking with the terms of residential agreements such as ensuring tenants have contacts details of landlords. Told us we couldn't have them and refused to acknowledge as a legal requirement on NSW lease. We are in Sydney for work purposes and we have investment properties elsewhere. As a homeowner , landlord, commercial property owner and now tenant we can't recommend this business. read more
