Ordering was easy and Trae made sure to clarify the numbers before placing the final order with his manufacturer. All jackets arrived on time and as promised. Pricing was very reasonable and seemed even more of a bargain when the high level of customer service was considered. I am glad Trae took the time to show us the options (e.g. vest, pull over, zip front) because many of my partners wanted different styles. I thought it would be a big hassle to mix and match styles based on previous purchases with other vendors. But Peak Incentives told me it would not be a problem at all so everyone was able to get the style they preferred. Believe it or not I am wearing one of the fleece jackets I purchased as I type this review. I wear the jacket to work on a regular basis. It lives on the floor of my office, the trunk of my car and on the grass of the local soccer fields. My wife washes it at least once each week and it still looks great. There is no sign of the usual pilling that occurs with lower quality fleeces. I have made several visits to the Peak Incentives offices since first becoming a customer. Their products are top quality and their pricing is competitive. And despite the fact that the size of the orders I place pale in comparison to most of their customers I always receive excellent service.

I did not…read morediscover 99medialab had a poor Better Business Bureau rating until after I had paid them so I was at their mercy. I retained their services to build 1 website that required low to no maintenance beyond routine updates which we would be able to do ourselves in-house. The entire purpose of retaining their service was have them build a website that was basic, easy to update, easy for me to modify, and of course mobile and desktop compatible. As of recently, mobile is no longer working. Early on I became concerned when I discovered several misspellings in product description text. If you have an e-commerce site, you are probably already aware that misspellings drastically reduce sales conversions. They alkso misspelled file names. This has made it hard to correct their errors in coding as well. After they did the website for me, my client told me that sales are at about 20% of what they previously were. That is not a typo, we have seen a 80% reduction in sales. I paid 99medialab separately for "on-site seo". Upon completion, The owner "Jay" (which is an alias) expressed to me that naming image file names with descriptive keywords was NOT important to seo. Really ? This is certainly not accurate at all. If you know even basic seo, you are aware that naming your media file names with descriptive keywords is crucial to being found in google images. After repeated attempts I requested a refund or resolution. At this point the owner "Jay" literally threatened to leave me bad feedback ? That's right - he is going to leave me negative feedback. He is going to leave his client negative feedback. If anyone else has had negative experience with them (and I am sure you have) , do not fear his threats. Contact me. I have a resolution.
