Their rates are competitive, they offer a range of products for a variety of different situations, and their employees are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I find it very important to work with a regional lender that is conservative, transparent, and owns the loans they write (ie, versus selling them, like some other lenders did before the crash). With Third Fed, I always know who I'm dealing with. This is especially true since it seems that their turnover at this branch is low- many of the tellers and staff predated our association. Someone hacked my husband's account after several failed attempts Eaton can see they successfully hacked and took $750 through paypal. After months of phone calls to Robin, Kelly her manager and Mike the alleged CEO no one will return a call or assist. Paypal said all our institution needs to do is file a claim and they will not.
