The workers cleared the old flooring, laid down luan, and put on the vinyl. That was 3 years ago and it looks great despite some rough tenants living there. This time I needed hardwood, quick. The owner, Dennis, gave me a decent price, including delivery.

We are looking to improve the layout of our kitchen. We talked with a few other companies and…read morequickly recognized that Duenke was understanding what we were looking to do more than the others. And Duenke offers to do everything as part of your remodeling. Ron is wonderful to work with! He showed us a sheet of paper with multiple views of our kitchen, and options for how to lay it out given where the walls are. He stepped us through the evolution of his ideas and shared how they led him to his recommendation for our kitchen. Ron showed how the design addressed all the points we had asked for. And he worked with us to make small adjustments. The design Ron created is top-notch, incorporating what we were looking for and took it beyond our expectations... what a great plan! Ron - thank you for your dedication to giving us more than what we were asking for! My wonderful wife and I highly recommend Duenke Cabinet!

I don't live in St Louis, but I was visiting my in-laws for the holiday season. One of their…read morekitchen cabinet drawers fell off a broken boot. I went to 4 different cabinet places on Manchester Road, no one knew where I could find a replacement boot and then I was referred to Lowe's. The guy at Lowe's referred me to Duenke's saying he always told folks to go there. So I went. These folks were hands-down the nicest out of everyone I encountered (I could feel that some were trying to get me to leave the second I got in, maybe they're not used to seeing folks like me) on this "boot replacement" adventure. Duenke's staff treated me with respect and kindness, found 1 replacement, and then went out of they're way to find a 2nd replacement. I was offered a cookie and not charged for either replacement. I took their business card and told my father in law to use them from now on. The guy at Lowe's told me that Duenke's will find/order the parts you need. And though I didn't confirm this, it felt like these folks would go out of their way to help you with any questions you had or parts you needed. By supporting this business, you'll be the one getting support:)

Hopkins installed the flooring in our new house a little over 2 years ago now. We had lvp through…read moreexcept bedrooms and stairs had carpet. Carpet was nice and plush with a nice comfortable under layer. Lvp was a nice feeling product and looked great. Install was done nice and all looked great. However just about the 1 year point my lvp was buckling at the butt joints and some almost splitting apart. Installer and floor manufacturer rep came out and looked and rep acted like it was normal and they would replace the splitting stuff and if others got worse would come back then. They sent installer out either 1 box of floor for a small area. The owner Nick came out after I called and said that was unacceptable. He called me after coming and looking at it and agreed the whole floor needed replaced. He fought with the manufacturer for a couple weeks to get what he could for them but wasn't enough for all. Nick ended up taking care of me for better flooring and all labor. Hats off to how a business should be ran. Will be back and recommend anyone to give them a shot at your business.

Over the years we have transitioned from what was built - beige walls and beige carpeting - to painted walls and hardwood floors... everywhere but in our master closet. My wonderful wife wanted to finally take care of our closet, by painting the walls and adding wood floors and a closet system. When we started improving the house several years ago, my wife discovered Tigerwood, a beautiful wood that has deep colors and dark stripes similar to a tiger's, but in more of a deep cherry-like color (not orange). We have Tigerwood in our dining room and all of the bedrooms, and now, thanks to Boardwalk flooring, also in our master bedroom closet. Everyone has been helpful each time we improved a room or rooms in the house. We picked up the wood 7 days early, so we could let the wood adjust to the humidity of our home before the installation.
