great supermarket but would never buy anything else there. really bad attitude of staff (lady in electronics- ) who rudely refused to to take an unused ventilator back because the package had been opened. everything was packed as original and had not been used . Spoke to manager also but same response although he was much more polite. no wonder amazon and other USA vendors are taking over the world. Cusotmers like me and my associates are prepared to PAY MORE to purchase from them and have excellent customer service and flexible return policy. Metro and other big German retialers are on the road ot extinction and they DESERVE IT. read more
