I would have given 0 stars, but 1 is the minimum.  My wife and I met Jody Rydell on February 29,…read more2024, and we provided our tax documents to him on March 11.  On April 11, four days before taxes were due, he wrote "They are all prepared, and the next step is for me to review each of them to ensure they are presented correctly.  It will not take too long to complete the review, but it will be passed [sic] 4/15."  On April 23, he told us for the first time that someone in his office quit and that will cause a delay with our taxes.  He then took a TWO-WEEK vacation in the second half of April - what accountant takes a two-week vacation in April?  By May 21, we had enough of his excuses and delays and unanswered emails so we told him that we needed to move on.  While having our tax documents for the majority of three months (March/April/May), we never had any evidence that he ever started to do our taxes.  He never took responsibility for his failure.  This is your warning.  I would not use this accountant unless you want a lot of excuses, delays, and frustrations.  He is incredibly disappointing, unprofessional, and uncommunicative.  Good luck.

He came out of the mediation room walk right pass me only to come back twenty minutes later to say, He said he don't have no money. My husband deserted me but rouse pitch to the judge like it was a amicable separation. My husband left me almost in foreclosure, had the phone turned off abandoned everything possible as a husband.
