What was the point of telling the operator where I was going if this is not passed to the driver and what kind of Taxi driver doesn't know his way in to Manchester! WE are only 10 miles away! I had to use the app on my phone which used up most of my battery ( not to mention data time!) leaving me little left to book a taxi home (not SWIFT clearly!). For a 20 minute journey it took 45 minutes. Needless to say I was late for a very important meeting. I was warned not to use SWIFT but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER USE SWIFT AGAIN AND DEFINATLEY NOT RECOMMEND

I work at The Alexander Club and have done so for about five years. I've been using A2B for about six years in total and after tonight-I will not be using them ever again. Each time I finish work, I call for a taxi stating where I am-outside The Alexander OPPOSITE THE PRINCE OF ORANGE. Sometimes I just ask for the taxi opposite The Prince of Orange and don't mention The Alexander Club because they never send it there. However, on NUMEROUS occasions they send the taxi to the wrong place. And I'm stood waiting. For ages. I ALWAYS have to call again at least once. I'm always left waiting around 20 minutes. I told the driver tonight that I may have to stop using the taxi firm and his DISGUSTING response was "Whatever". Horrible service and tonight the driver just drove me over the edge with his pathetic response. That was after I tipped him!
