We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent over an hour with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. We are truly blessed by their kindness and support. I strongly recommend anyone in need of support to visit Grabers Diesel Repair. Barry

Graber mechanic inspected pads and rotors then called me to say I did not need to replace anything, I must have picked up some road dust, maybe while driving through New Mexico and Texas, but anyway they saved me $1500. The courtesy inspection they perform that is included with oil/filter change is very thorough. Antifreeze topped off, brake fluid topped off, transition fluid inspected, rear differential found pinion leak, topped off, took nearly three quarts of fluid. Also check all running lights, plus lube job So gratefully for the Graber team helping us put while on an extended rv trip.

As a nonprofit organization, we had to submit additional paperwork to establish credit. That wasn't the problem--we do that all the time. The problem was how the Executive Director of our organization was spoken to: As if he were an idiot. Not a good way to make a new client feel warm and fuzzy. We took multiple projects to Pioneer. We were asked to pay C.O.D. on the first project. Again, no problem. That's standard with new clients. The problem occurred when Pioneer decided to lump all the projects into one and attempted to strong arm us into paying C.O.D. for all of them. They held up delivery by over a week on one component that had a crucial deadline, resulting in lost revenue as this piece was a fundraising mailer. For another piece, we were provided a PDF proof on white paper and the project was printed on ivory stock, which changed the color completely. We refused the project and asked for it to be reprinted. I also asked that the reprint be discounted to make up for lost time and the supreme aggravation we experienced. After all that, we were charged for the reprint with no credit given for the botched job. After some very strong language on my part, the rep acquiesced and agreed that we were not responsible for the rejected work, but would bill the reprint at the higher rate of the first poorly printed job. The rep was put into an impossible position. His company did piss-poor work and left him swinging in the wind. As a sales person myself, I fully expect my parent organization to support me to keep clients happy. That didn't happen. Management doesn't seem to care much about customer satisfaction. Well, alrighty then. Here's what one unsatisfied client has to say about Pioneer Printing: Run away. Run away as far and as fast as you can. This is an unprofessional, poorly managed company. There are lots of printers out there who would be happy to work with you. And make it a much more pleasant experience with a fine end product, to boot.

They have a very large selection of puzzles (both picture and logic), and an excellent variety of learning toys for children. It too has the standard fair of toys, but on the higher end of that scale. The only thing keeping the store from having 5 stars for me is: It's in the Mall, and it doesn't have a big enough space and thus feels claustrophobic. I wish it were downtown, in a much larger space that could be made part of a day of shopping locally and having a stint at one of the local coffeeshops.

I sent over a bunch of cut and paste logos and various pieces of graphics that I wanted incorporated into the Coin and they were able to take my jumbled mess of bits and pieces and design exactly what I asked for. Subsequently I sent over better graphics for each of the part and they quickly put them together into the final art for us to approve and the final results were far better than even the final artwork render they sent. The tiniest details that I was afraid would be lost in the final result were perfect. Everyone liked them so much we ran out of our first run and had to order more, which was easy as the keep the molds for like 5 years. Thanks to everyone involved at the company, will definitely go there again for future Coins.

(We took pictures of the bumper early that morning and it had no scratches) FINALLY, we get on the road and realize that they did not wire it correctly.. Leaving us with no running lights! THIS UHAUL LOCATION IS AWFUL!!!
