I went in to get my phone transferred and was told I couldn't. I wasn't on the account, I needed passwords and $300 for the phone. I left and came back with her and they completely changed everything they told her the day before. They wouldn't give us the name of the manager so we could talk to him. The kid said he's been stalked by customers. We'll, if he's pulling this bait and switch tactic with other people, he's going to piss people off.
