I walked in, and the clerk behind the counter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I looked for the flavor board, and it wasn't on the wall but was replaced by a cardboard sitting near a sofa. I had to guess what I liked based on past experiences rather than a helpful employee offering suggestions. He didn't seem to know the products at all, and after filling my bottle forgot to put a label on it. Another employee, a woman seemed to know a little more, and checked me out along with accesories I needed. They forgot to ask if I was military even, I guess that discount is gone? The store felt very unwelcome, and I just wanted to get my gear and leave. The old staff that was there was always so great, and on top of recommendations etc., and I am not sure if they left or not. I am going to try other stores that have opened up next time.
