Excellent service today from Jarome at this location. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped my mother and sister transfer their lines from AT&T to Metro PCS. We are very happy with the wonderful service provided here. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give Jarome 10 stars! We drove there immediately and when entering the shop, we were very well greeted by Laith although he was attending another customer. As he was attending to others, he also checked on us to understand what were we looking for. Once our turn came in, he immediately sat down with us and went over the Verizon offers in detail. Answered every question patiently and he surely was very knowledgeable. The entire process of porting and setting up the new phone took around 2hrs but was worth the experience. Laith told us initially when we came in that "I will make sure you go out of this shop with everything ready and the only thing you will be left with is to use the phone" and he did it! I will never forget his words, mainly because nobody ever has told me this with so much confidence and most importantly, kept the word! He completed the porting, setup our new phones, backed up the data from old phones, installed the screen protectors, installed the phone covers and completed all the required formalities for both of us before we stepped out. Now, keep in mind, he is attending to other customers as well all this time. Multi-tasking at its best! I have to admit that I have never faced this kind of customer service and highly recommend to consider this shop for your needs. Ask or look for Laith! Trust me - you will not be disappointed at all! We surely will go back for Fios service as well!
