I usually get about $25 when I take my bags of cans in elsewhere. WOW! Did I get screwed. For the same number of full bags they counted out $9. I had no actual count when I went in but expected them to count accurately. When I complained I was told to not come back and left with no extra cash. This might be more lucrative, and safer, than robbing banks. Never Again read more

I have been to this redemption center several times recently. Upon arriving I was greeted with numerous people waiting with many bags of cans and bottles to return. The average wait is approximately 45-75 min long. On the three occasions I have visited I have gone to the local super center to find the "Can Do" machines to be busy or out of order so there is little choice left. The 1st two (2) occasions I had 3 tall garbage bags full not even giving me $20 which I found odd. (As I'm sure there was at least 12$ per bag) So today when I went I only had 2 of the bags full and during my wait I watched the employees and how they counted, etc. When it came to my turn I counted how many times they placed cans in the bag by the number if cans each time (which is 5 for those who want to know), I then multiplied the numbers and got my total of what I should gave received back..... and to my surprise I was being shorted almost $10. Now when I confronted the employee she didn't believe me then I told her Exactly what I had done, that on my last two (2) occasions I had been shorted $ and wanted the correct amount. All of a sudden it was if I forgot to add a bag yo the total oh and don't bother coming back here again! Ummmmm, I definitely won't be, wouldn't recommend it for ANYTHING and ACTUALLY would like to know now that I have figured it out is...... where the money from my other 2 visits????
