I used it to sweep the acorns out of my yard this spring. It worked fantastic. They provided me with a small gas can that already had the gas oil mix in it so that was helpful. A few years ago, I rented heavy equipment from this business to remove trees on my property and paid extra for their rental protection plan specifically to avoid major liability concerns. When I returned the equipment, I was honest about the damage that had occurred and fully disclosed everything upfront. I was told they would assess the situation and follow up. Instead, weeks later, I received a bill for several thousand dollars with no prior communication, explanation, or courtesy call. When I called for clarification, I was given an explanation over the phone and asked to come in if I wanted to better understand the charges. Upon arriving, what should have been a simple customer service conversation quickly turned into one of the most hostile and arrogant business interactions I've ever experienced. During my discussion with the store manager, another employee--later identified as Josh Bresson, believed to be the owner's son--abruptly inserted himself into the conversation in an aggressive, rude, and confrontational manner. Despite my calm and respectful approach, he treated me as though I was there to deceive or attack them. His behavior was arrogant, hostile, and completely unacceptable. Over the following months, I was harassed with repeated billing attempts, excessive fees, rude messages, and eventually an unauthorized charge of several thousand dollars placed on my credit card without my approval. When confronted, Josh doubled down with threats, boasting that his contract was "bulletproof," that he had "never lost in court," and aggressively implied I had no chance of winning. Well, we went to court--and he lost. The judge ruled in my favor, confirming that the damages were in fact covered under the rental protection plan I had purchased from the beginning. This entire ordeal demonstrated a shocking level of dishonesty, intimidation tactics, and predatory business behavior. Rather than honoring their agreement, they attempted to bully and financially pressure a customer who had acted honestly from day one. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here: read everything carefully, document every interaction, and be prepared for an experience that may be far more about intimidation than customer service. Professionalism, integrity, and ethical treatment of customers appear to be severely lacking here.

With that being said, the prices are very expensive for the actual size. What they call a 4.5 load is really a triple loader for $6!!!! Jesus! The dryers start out $1.75 for 24 min and on med heat the clothes were so hot I could barely touch them. I took them out half way through and added my other laundry that was done on in the dryers I still had time on. One dryer stopped several times and then would restart. One of the washers took $3.25 and said machine starting but never did. Your on camera 24/7 and I've read where they don't hesitate to call the law in you but do not have a phone number to contact them to get a stolen refund. If you are going to have a 24/7 business then you should be God have someone available to assist with things that go wrong. At least answer your phone and add voicemail but thieves don't do what right. I think theft charges should be handed out to the owners. I'm not the only one they stole from. Walmart will have you arrested for a lipstick stolen so what's the difference. I did a background check and found the owners and phone number but no answer yet they called me back when I acted fraudulent like them texting saying I was looking for a job. Busted idiots! So tomorrow lots of phone calls and one to the police for theft. Scumbag! They've stolen lots of patrons money off of their bank cards but won't answer their calls either to get things straightened out. I think we may have us a civil case at the minimum. You don't even know what you've stirred up. I got nothing but time in life and a hunger for people like you that take advantage of others. So game on! Get ready for the roller coaster ride kids. Everything is brand new and works like it should. While you air they have WiFi. Or you can go across the parking lot to Subway or the Kwik Star to kill the minutes you wait for laundry to be done.

The man told us he'd get back to us about the problem and part. He never did. They were closed for four days and when they reopened, I called. Nothing had been done. It appears someone did a quick look and called us back. They said they couldn't get the part for six months. I get this happened over the holidays and I know we've all had some supply chain issues. All that said, it took almost three weeks to get an answer, they didn't follow through on calling us, and had no solutions once I called them.
