I sent in several quote requests and David was the 1st to respond, pricing was fair from Crystal Lake to Midway and truthfully he was the only one available for a 5am pick up. I have used shuttle services before to the airports so I wasn't expecting much. Sunday David arrive almost 30 mins before our scheduled pick, which was perfect cause I was just about ready. When I got downstairs he kindfully greeted me and the van was beautifully clean, looked brand new. He wore his mask the whole time and we had great conversation, I tend to be very quite so sometimes trips like that can be never ending with silence. Overall hands down the best service I have had with a company in Illinois. I definitely plan on using them again to save my daughter an unnecessary trip to the airport to drop me off. Thank you for getting me safely to the airport with plenty of time to spare to make it to my gate. Hope to work with you again on future trips.

I was assisting a friend who was homeless join the Milwaukee Rescue Mission and get involved in a fast track career program. As part of the effort to get my friend up to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission I had to contact taxi services and find one which could bring my friend from Gurnee up to Milwaukee while meeting my expectations. It was challenging. After a few uncommon conversations with some local taxi services I was getting a little concern. I then found Northern American Taxi. I called Marianna and described my unique situation. She liked the idea of helping a homeless person and we proceeded to arrange the ride for my friend. When my friend arrived at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission, he called telling me he had a great ride and good time chatting with Marianna. In addition Marianna also made a nice contribution to PADS, the Chicago area homeless program. During this current time we need special people. Marianna not only provided a great service, she showed heart and honor helping an organization focus on helping the less fortunate.
