However, I was only given her sports physical and not the medical physical. Upon calling, and asking for them to give medical part I was accused of telling them that they were lying that the only thing I came in for was a sports physical. The provider continue to argue with me and told me then that he was the owner of the practice. And then I was accusing not only of him lying, but also his wife, who is supposedly the nurse or medical assistant. The state license is registered with FRANK SEIPP. All I requested is for the medical part of the appointment and I was told I would need to pay for a new appointment. THIS WAS THE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
