Charged for physical and when infomed by Cigna they reimburse because it was a physical appointment not a well visit. Most recently I went back for blood work results and I explained what happened in the past and they denied and still charged a copay for just giving results of blood work. Left 4 messages via their texting and never received a response. Was informed that location has been split and patients have been divided between two doctors now. Never have patients been informed! They records are never up to date and they request you bring copies of vaccinations, etc. that they should automatically have on file. Honesty with this doctor goes no where, she would rather criticize you then aid in helping with the problem you discussed with her. She even then ended up prescribing a medication that had a terrible interaction with another medication she previously prescribed. Absolutely horrible bedside manner!! My first visit was just a consultation which I found slightly odd since I just need the skin test done. She assured me on the phone that this is their standard practice. The doctor was nice, soft spoken, and paid attention to my concerns. He scheduled my next appointment (for the skin test) for the next week. After my consultation was finished the front desk informed me that after my skin test there would be another follow up appointment. I hope this is necessary as it seems like a lot of appointments just to check if my allergies are new or different!

But thank God it wasn't a bad experience. We've been taking our son here for almost a year because his primary care doctor is at this location. Our doctor has an assigned nurse which is one we appreciate; she already knows is and looks forward to seeing our son each time! It just makes everything a more pleasurable experience and one that's personal simply because she's warm, friendly, and very personal. I mean, he knows her or at least recognizes her from the previous appointment. So we gave this place a 4 star, nice folks, great doctor who's very informative and knowledgeable, plus they offer great customer care. The only thing is if you come early to your appointment or late to your appointment or on time, there's a minimum of a 30 minute wait before the nurse sees you.
