All the staff here was amazing and when my mom and I attended a viewing for my dad on 7/29/2022, he looked amazing. We're still not sure if he had makeup on but looked very lively despite having passed less than two days prior to our viewing him. R.I.P. Richard Charles Lane

This is my second experience with this establishment. My recommendation to my family came after I…read moresaw how well they handled my neighbor's proceedings. While his was a military funeral, ours was a direct cremation. Serenity handles their own cremations. Many crematoriums have had bad publicity of late. It was essential to be in control of the ashes/remains as soon as possible. Throughout the process from pickup (Friday) to cremation (Tuesday) to return of ashes (Wednesday) compassion, respect, and caring are extended to the family and loved one. Serenity offers immediate assistance in the most professional manner. The directors are there to assist through every stage of laying the beloved to rest, to offering support for those grieving. While it is best to have final wishes preplanned, it is never too late to have the discussion. I have dealt with funeral homes that use the grief of families to their own advantage, I have also had the chance to preplan arrangements without emotion with the most reputable funeral homes. With short notice, without pressure Serenity offered my family a most dignified ending for our beloved.
