GraphicBiz is a graphic design firm/creative agency run by the über talented Cesar Alsina. As a…read moregraphic designer / art director, he has been my go-to since 2008 for creative and marketing solutions for my business. His keen sense of design and creatively paired with his technical savviness and up-to-date knowledge of modern society makes him one of the most valuable vendors to my company. Reliability, integrity and fairness are crucial to me when considering working with anyone. These attributes plus the fact that he really cares about his craft and customer satisfaction keep me coming back for more. Below are just a few of his services that I regularly employ. Web design - he not only designs, but codes. His mind is the perfect blend of creative visionary + technical implementation (coding and layout). Check his website to view just a few of his awesome design projects (he works with small start ups to large sized companies). Logo - he's crafted several logos relevant + effective to branding my small business. Banners, printed posters and promo cards - I've hired Graphic Biz on many occasions to produce these items for my business and events, we collaborate on ideas, I provide him with images and a loose concept and he takes it from there - producing fun, evocative and effective visual printed materials that best represent my company and me. These printed materials often end up as keepsakes, as I've seen them saved as art by my clients! Business cards - I can honestly say that my business cards are a work of art. Not only is the layout simple and direct, the way he presents the photos and info I provided him and the thick, quality cardstock on which he has them printed makes me proud to hand them out. They represent what I'm in the business of selling - quality. Photo retouching - Cesar Alsina is a genius at retouching and is my go-to guy for improving any photographic image, from enhancing to completely altering, he is experienced and reliable. He takes direction well and works seamlessly to get the job done. Photo restoration - an impressive project that comes to mind is a photo that a client provided him from World War ll - a cracked, faded image of a bomber aircraft w/ the client's grandfather as a young Army officer standing with it. Cesar restored the image, filled in the cracks and had the retro photograph looking like a brand new image. He had it printed and the client was left with tears of nostalgia, sentiment and satisfactions. As I write this, I'm prepping to embark on my next project with GraphicBiz, a re-branding of my product line where he'll do the design, layout and printing of my catalog and rate sheets. He shows me proofs for approval before moving on to the next step. I know I'm in the right hands with his ideas, design solutions and many resources to take my business to the next level! Happy :)

I and my ex business partner are essentially the only two attorneys practicing in our area of law in SWFL. RGB was aware of this, yet took on our ex business partner on as a client while managing our advertising and our website. RGB knew we would not agree with their representation of a competitor and former business partner. As a result, RGB allowed a retired webpage from mine and my ex partner's old business to republish on my ex partner's domain. This caused numerous business listings to be repopulated with old contact information. As a result Google penalized us and suspended all of our Google Business Pages. This destroyed our business. The owner Gabriella was unapologetic and just made up excuses when confronted. It has been over six months and three of our four Google location pages are still suspended because of RGB's actions and conflict of interest. On one hand RGB was managing our website and online advertising and on the other hand they were managing my primary competitor's website. The owner of RGB swears there is nothing wrong with this... Gabrielle, the owner's, exact word to us when confronted about this were, "it's not our fault if you cannot convert calls." We have always had a very high conversion rate for converting calls into clients. The problem arose when RGB ruined our online presence and we stopped receiving calls. RGB was supposed to be building our online presence, not destroying it by also representing our competitor..
