There is always sale items on the back racks. She does pop ups and fun sip and shops. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

As soon as I told her what I was shopping for she was right on top of leading me to the proper section with clothing I was looking for. On top of that she was making sure I knew of all the amazing deals they had going on (which there were a lot of deals and they were surprisingly amazing). She helped me pick out new work pants that were comfortable, affordable, fit right, and looked great. She also helped my mom find some new clothes just because of the great deals.
