I have shopped at LouLou's many times. I think most of my wardrobe is made up of her clothes now:)…read more! Her clothes are great quality, which is rare nowadays. Her price point is below many of the boutiques as well. She has JUDY BLUE, which is the best kind of jeans and hard to find. Her size point is great as well. I have seen sizes from XS-2XL. She also has a point system that links to your account, (so that you don't have to worry about keeping track of a card or something like other places have done) & when your points add up you get a discount off of your order. There is always sale items on the back racks. She does pop ups and fun sip and shops. She posts on her Facebook and IG, so I make sure to follow so I can stop up and have a mimosa and shop. :) I have ordered online and I love that it gives a description and size measurements so that I have no problems. Thank you LouLou's for being my fave place to shop!

One staff member was very kind and tried to help by finding boxes, but another employee (possibly the manager) came out, took them out of my hands, and firmly said no. She repeated that I had to select "gift wrap" during online checkout, but from a customer's perspective, after waiting in a long line, receiving 10 gift items stuffed into a small shopping bag was extremely disappointing. I understand store policies, but I expected at least a simple wrapping option or even an extra shopping bag. The way I was spoken to and dismissed made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn't help feeling that I was being treated differently--possibly because I'm Asian. I definitely won't be returning after this experience, and I regret not asking for the employee's name (short-haired lady with not-so-fluent English).

The quality of the clothing they sell is very nice. I got a lot of compliments on the cheetah jacket when I wore it to the cider mill, and someone mentioned it could be cute to wear to a Tate McRae concert, which I agree! The sweater is so cozy and I love the fall shades of colors in it! The cow print vest is very comfortable and will be perfect as the temperatures continue to drop! It's at the very end of the village area, with it's own parking lot! Von Maur sells clothing and also does free alterations on items you purchase there. Lots of different sizes are available, including men's childrens and of course, womens. My mom and I love it here because they also have great markdowns and sales. Some of the clothing can be expensive, but not any more then other places. The service here is great, and we've never had a problem. Each department has their own staff and there's always someone around. They also offer gift wrapping upstairs, and have a charge card that doesn't charge any interest. I've gotten quite a few outfits from them over the years and it's been a great experience thus far.

I wasn't too excited about going into the mall for just one stop at first, but it ended up being pretty easy. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. Every other store we went in that day the workers said Hi, how are you girls today, anything you need help with, etc. Not looking for anything major if your in the middle of something but a quick Hi is not much to ask when someone enters your shop. On another note - I took a bunch of Loft items in excellent condition a few years back and they basically only took a couple of items stating some of them were out of date (they were not even 2 years old and am I supposed to only wear something a year then give away in order for a consignment shop to take them) yet they take brands like Old Navy and all the Target brands.
