I would not recommend mr. messinger, at queens immigration law, for your immigration needs. He was inattentive, lackadaisical and down right indifference when concerning his commitment to his clients. The notion that I payed him upfront didn't matter to him as I was always given Miss information and haphazard advice. He told me I needed a affidavit, didn't tell me what I needed on the affidavit, then when I got it he informed me that it wasn't good enough. Well then why not write up exactly what you wanted the affidavit to say then give it to me to have it signed and notarized? On another occasion he told me that he included a list of documents that he needed from me via email, I assumed I must have missed the email and even apologized, but upon checking all correspondence between us, I noticed not one email from him specifying his need. My point is that it takes a lot to amass the documents, it took me quite a while to get my hands on them and to have him haphazardly enshrine his seemingly unwillingness to advocate on his clients behave is horrible and feckless.
