Bills were over $739 per visit which is ridiculous 40minutes of therapy & outrageous. This is why insurance companies don't want to pay. This is price gauging. I would have never went if they informed me they would not accept my insurance in full minus deductible & the price. I have documents showing what they accepted but they still want to rape me! Do not trust them.

Jennifer makes the process of checking in seamless. She is so incredibly professional and such a pleasure to see in the mornings Ashley has made the post op physical therapy experience so much more tolerable with her personality. Even though the process has been painful after my shoulder surgery her expertise, guidance and encouragement made me look forward to my next session. The entire staff at FSI has been awesome but I have to give KUDOS to Ashley and Jennifer for going above and beyond in patient care and satisfaction Iris Santiago

On April 1st, 2022, Dr. Nowicki did the 1st of 3 surgeries on my shoulder within 6 weeks. In other…read morewords he really screwed up my shoulder. October 2022 I had to get another doctor to repair and put my shoulder back together. Let me explain. April 1, 2022, Nowicki repaired my shoulder. For 4 weeks I was in agony from his surgery not taking. May 11, 2022, Nowicki went back in my shoulder to repair all the tears and found out he gave me a bacterial infection on the humorous bone plus a blood clot in my armpit. May 26, 2022 I am in the hospital for a third surgery to remove all the anchors and any foreign things he put in my shoulder. Had to flush out the shoulder and I had a pic-line put in my arm going to my heart for antibiotics my wife had to give iv for 8 weeks. Now my rotator cuff and other tendons were not attached and I had no use of my arm. At this time I went to see another Doctor, thank God, that had to wait 5 months more before operating to make sure the bacterial infection was gone. The follow up after the 4th surgery my Doctor walked into the room and I swear the first words out of his mouth was " your shoulder was a complete mess ". Till this day November 2023, although my shoulder is functioning I do not have full range of motion especially on the rotation. I just have to add, Nowicki is so full of himself, he showed no empathy, blamed me for retearing my shoulder after the 1st surgery but then said that it was not me, and not even a sorry. Iwould not recommend Nowicki, not after all the pain and suffering he put me thru.

Went to lunch. Arrived back for appt. Time with practitioner 2 minutes. Poorly run.

Ability Rehabilitation Clermont, FL I have just completed…read morethree months of physical therapy for a complicated reverse shoulder replacement, that was the third surgery for that shoulder in 8 years. Tom Oliva was my therapist, and he is truly amazing! The front staff, Shivani and Shantee are professionals at juggling schedules in a caring and kind manner. They will work to get you in while they make you feel like a very special person. Tommy is the most gifted therapist, creating a program that got my shoulder's pain level down, and increased its mobility and strength. He LISTENED after asking how the shoulder was feeling, then created a program that used different exercises, each time keeping the therapy exciting and progressing. There was NEVER a "set routine" that I was told to perform. He uses manual manipulation and massage of the joint at EACH session and as needed to reduce pain throughout the session. He has such a positive attitude, making the sessions fun and innovative. My surgeon, Dr. George White found the results outstanding for range of motion as well as strength and well beyond the expectations he had for the surgery. If you need physical therapy that relieves the pain, and results that will amaze you, go to Ability Rehabilitation in Clermont, and you will be so glad you did.
