You have to call and leave a request with the office staff. There is no way to send an email or any electronic communication. It can take days or weeks to get a response. Bloodwork, test results and outpatient procedure information was delayed based on when the doctor had time to review. It can take up to two weeks to get results. Compare that with modern heathcare providers where you get results in 24 hours or less. Our Family needs to change or they will be obsolete.

My Primary care doctor was Dr. Vicki and she is awesome. She's very attentive, and lostens well. She listens until you're done talking, and calls to follow up and see how you're doing. After having eight years of stomach pain, I went to see her and, after some tests, she found the problem, (my gallbladder) and I have been pain free since. Dr. Lou was my GYN, and he was a great doctor, too. Sometimes you have to ask him a couple times for clarification, as he's not very talkative. I feel like he could have given me more information about side effects for birth control medicine I was on, but nonetheless, a great guy and great doctor. The clinic itself is a little dated, with pink floral wallpaper, mauve cabinetry, and anne gedes pictures on the wall, and that's the reason for 4 stars. But, you're going there for good care, and that's what you'll get.

I've been a patient for a couple years now but this year Blue Cross didn't pay for my annual checkup and they told me it was because the office didn't code it right and it should be simply re-submitted...an easy thing to do that happens all the time. My conversation with Sharon about this started very strange. She said "we'll we're not changing the code because that would be insurance fraud...what?? You're not "changing" anything, you're resubmitting with the proper coding because you didn't do it right first time. It's a simple to re-submit to BCBS she just didn't want to be bothered. The conversation deteriorated from there and her true colors came out. I ended up paying the money because I didn't want Daniel to be out the $ but that was money my insurance company should have paid. When I first met Daniel I mentioned the bad online feedback I read about the office manager and he sort of blew it off as you "some people's personalities just clash" I have news for him...It's not your patients, it's her. She's just rude, lacks people skills and has zero business in a customer/patient service oriented job. We've referred several people to this office and at least three others have heard her having rude, demeaning conversations with patients on the phone while they were sitting in the waiting room. (thin walls and window) It is possible for one employee to ruin a good doctor's office. I simply found a new doctor but I hope Daniel wises up and manages his people because his "manager" is losing him current and potential patients. Nobody wants or needs to deal with this type of individual when you walk into your Dr's office.

Look for the clock tower to find Mercy. I saw Dr Cristian Sutter for the first time. He was detailed about gathering health history info and ordering appropriate tests. I like how the lab and specialist referrals are done directly through the computer system. It gives me confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks. Dr Sutter and his staff are low key and casually dressed. The walls and instruments looked clean, but the light in the exam room I was in was dirty and the exam rooms look sad and tired. The staff seem pleasant and competent, but as a whole, the clinic doesn't exude personality. I am comfortable with my medical care so I will be back..

I get it I hadn't been in a bit but.. I've been a patient for 15+ years and didn't feel like she had to be rude. Not the first time they been rude either. Just read other reviews. They really need to consider looking into new staff. Sadly I will not be back. I have a new doctor closer to home. I guess my number was blocked too because I couldn't call back. All I said my doctor was Dr. Hammond who retired in August, was about to ask who the other doctor was that took his place, and she said well "so and so" doctors were the only ones there so I has the wrong number, and she hung up on me. I tried to use their patient portal to send a message to a doctor, but I couldn't fill out one field in the note, which was location, which is a required field. You cannot fill it out, it doesn't work, and it's a required field. So here I am without any way to contact my doctor. This is the large facility on Tesson Ferry. It was already starting to go downhill the past 2 or 3 years. Their manager is a btch. But now it's just sad.
