The food is delicious and there are so many vegan options and very affordable! We ordered the avocado toast, vegan pasta and the falafel taco. The chai and matcha lattes are also delicious! I visited (for the second time in Aguascalientes on my second trip) I was blown away (again!) by the delicious and satisfying meal I had! The menu was filled with a variety of dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I was particularly impressed with how they were able to create such flavorful and satisfying dishes without the use of animal products. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting while I sat upstairs, making it the perfect spot for a great meal. The service was also top-notch - the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Plus, it was helpful that the guy spoke English and had slowish free wifi (download / upload speeds about 3) -if you need to translate anything. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty, healthy, and cruelty-free dining experience. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes! It's the better location than Avocado Punk (also great) unless you are visiting the train museum (Plaza de las Tres Centurias) which you should definitely go on the weekends when they have their craft shows. Mesa Verde has more fresher and grown locally, it seems than other restaurants but you can be the judge when you visit. A lot of the vegetarians restaurants shut their doors so support the locals as much as you can. I'm from the USA and wish we have somewhere close in my town. read more

Delicious food and healthy! For an appetizer, we had the Vietnamese rolls and they were okay. I'd recommend a different option for an appetizer. The squash spaghetti and guava juice were great.
