I saw Dr. Popkin, he was very kind and professional. I have PCOS which is a complicated condition. Dr. Popkin is knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me in regards to my symptoms. He was willing to listen to my input and didn't give me the standard "lose weight" that most doctors have given me, as with PCOS it is not that simple or easy. I highly recommend him and am grateful to have found him. To note: the office is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. The only downside was the wait, I was taken back very quickly however had to wait quite a while to be seen. I would still highly recommend the practice due to their excellent bedside manner.

Our doctors (Dr. Emarievbe (delivery) and Dr. Gardener (receiving and triaging) were OUTSTANDING. Knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful bedside manners. They made us feel at ease and we can honestly say this was the BEST hospital experience we have ever had. I can not thank our RNs enough. Especially Kelsey (receiving), Dena (delivery), and Margaret (post delivery care). These ladies deserve medals. Dena in particular cared for my family as if we were her own. She was absolutely incredible and we were so thankful to have her as our delivery RN. In addition, we also spoke to different staff members during our stay. Alexis (RN) helped us with nursing. Pediatricians stopped by just to check up on us, and two amazing staff members did my child's audio assessment and screening. I wish I took better notes on everyone's names. Five stars. All the way. There's no nurse on-site, limited support staff, and appointments seem to get cancelled often due to scheduling issues or deliveries. The biggest frustration for me has been communication and follow-up. I've been trying for days to get my blood test results and keep getting passed around by the front desk with no clear answers or callback. At a certain point, it starts to feel like the office simply does not have enough support to properly manage patient care. I don't think the issue is Dr. Parshard personally; I think he's trying to do too much on his own. But as a patient, it's been frustrating and disappointing.

Took a while to get an appointment, met the Dr. Ballard. (great Dr. is the only compliment I'm giving here) no other concerns followed. Few months down the road (this week) was asked by Primary to get a pretty important test with a referral from him I called to find out if they had my prior results and if I needed to make them aware of the requested test. Was talked to by the woman who proceeds with the testing scheduling in such an abrupt manner it kind of made me feel like I only wanted to talk to the Dr. as she was insistent on talking to me like a child rather than a comprehensive adult. After having to make another phone call to the office (of course that took almost an hour to do so as always when calling here), I finally asked to have the office manager contact me since that phone call I had to make went downhill. I was talked to like a scolded wet puppy! Then the office manager calls me back to discuss my concerns and automatically assumes she is aware of the situation only because her employee told her "SOME" of the conversation. Not that I had a chance at this point or that the patient might ever be right because you have such a wonderful reputation. Just started rambling on like she was a drill seargent but then not accepting that I was going to raise my voice back at her. Saying "Don't talk to me like that". How about recording one of your calls to us and hearing yourselves? Hey! Here's an idea!! Look at all of your reviews!! Listen to at least one dozen of the people that are trying to tell you what the problem is here and address it like human beings or adults. Talking to adults with some kind of compassion that makes them feel like a patient rather than a scolded animal. In fact I don't talk to my animals in the manner in which I was addressed! Not once did I get a chance in either phone call initially from the beginning to address my needs or concerns but rather accusations were made against my behalf when all I was trying to do was to make someone aware of the situation at hand and ask a couple of questions. What I wonder is ... Do the Dr's here actually have any idea of how these people (hired staff) are talking to the patients? Since I have had to give them a review and the only one available was a 1 star I had to choose it but it goes to the Dr. Because I firmly believe that they are clueless as to what we are putting up with before we actually reach them. Who does the hiring here? Who allows someone like Susan (who in my opinion was nothing less than a BRUTE!) the authority to try to resolve a troubled situation? She even proceeded to tell me this "Well I wasn't going to tell you this but now I am since you asked about your medical records", "You have a balance here, it's very small but you didn't pay it yet". OK Maybe I should apply that to a place where you can go to get some ethics training. Because you have no manners and do not belong working with the public. You degrade people and only have concerns for you and yourself and defending a staff member of which you did not hear how she talked to me. So you're wrong and now you get to look at one more horrible review under your belt!! Plus I will send it to my insurance company who highly over paid you as well as the office of the BBB! Oh I'm probably going to go a little further than that as well. You can knock me down ... but I'm always going to get back up! However.. She told me that the fluconazole they gave me was going to treat BB now I'm not a doctor but I know that flute is all only treats yeast infection infections, not BV I tell her that I'm still having symptoms bad symptoms they're getting worse and she says she's going to send something to Dr. Mert Dinc but he's out of office right now because he's sick so they'll get back to me when they can so I guess he got back to them the same day she sent the letter because they called me a couple hours later saying that the trace is a BV were small and that the all they gave me was going to treat it and that if I continue to have symptoms to come back in instead of just providing medicine for the bv he wants me to come back in just to tell that I have a yeast infection knowing that it wasn't a yeast infection at all the first time i'm sick and tired of places like this that don't care about their patients health at all he is highly unprofessional, and when I came in for that visit, he was definitely judging me makeing snide remarks I will not be returning back to this place again and I'll be looking for a different doctor.
