D'Arcy made this a pleasant experience from start to finish in all aspects! After calling around…read morefor quotes and being shocked at the prices I was getting, I decided to cast a "yelp net" and messaged several carpet cleaning businesses. D'Arcy's response was prompt, but his quote was also the most reasonable I had seen thus far. I was cautious, wondering if this would be a "you get what you pay for" situation. Instead, what I received was swift responses to my questions, an available appointment on the day I needed it, punctual arrival, and an EXCEPTIONAL job done! And there was no up-charge when all said and done, as is common when you are given an online quote. We paid what he quoted, the quality of the work was amazing and D'Arcy was most pleasant and professional! He's got a repeat client in us and I would refer him to anyone, hands down.
