I dealt with George Thoumy. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel like a valued client. George obviously knows the business and his products. He carefully listened to what I wanted to do and suggested beautiful and affordable products. Even when I went to pick up my order he still insisted on double checking the grout colour I chose against the tiles just to be sure I still liked it. You know when your parents (or grandparents) talk about the service they used to get in the good old days? This is that type of service, it's that good.
