Her pants were old jogging pants with bleach spots and the shirt was the same. It might seem petty, but I feel like at $30 an hour, she'd look a little more professional. The bid seemed fair but I still wanted to shop around. I ended up talking to a friend of mine who used to work for this company... Here are a few things I found out 1. They DO scrub your toilets by hand, inside and out. BUT, then they use the same rag and toilet water to scrub the bathroom floors 2. Mop heads are used house to house for a couple days in a row. 3. The owner, Amy Baughman, is apparently not very good to her employees. I guess they have a very high turn over. I was told about how she belittles and berates her workers IN FRONT OF CLIENTS. There are many stories, but the bottom line is that I will not be hiring a company that scrubs my bathroom floors with toilet water and the rag they scrubbed my toilet with or that treats their employees the way this one does.
