Large 2 story house done in 3-4 days. Carefully taped and tarped off all patio furniture/grills/cameras and other items. Crew was careful not to get paint everywhere. My wife and I had a list of spots we thought needed fixing but on the last day this crew was on it and knew before we ever had to say anything. At the final walkthrough the house looked fantastic. This is the kind of thing where you want to get a quality job done for the money you are paying. We could not be more pleased with the level of effort and quality they delivered. The carpenters that showed up did a fantastic job but if John shows up as your contractor I suggest you look somewhere else for your remodeling needs. Even after several calls and requests to modify a simple door replacement quote he showed up the day of the install with the wrong quote information. This was for a small project as a test run for a bigger project we are planning on doing. All I can say at this point is there's no way we would work with them again. The total lack of follow up and lack of communication is unacceptable when it comes to consumer affairs. The only reason they get 1 star is for the understanding carpenters that did a nice job.

He knew I had a firm deadline, estimated the job at 2.5 days, and said the labor price reflected two workers. They started about 1 1/2 weeks late, and the two-worker crew never materialized. On day one, concrete was removed for plumbing with NO plastic or barriers to contain the dust. The worker wasn't even wearing a protective mask. Concrete dust spread throughout my downstairs and HVAC system, costing me $500 for duct cleaning plus a day cleaning the house myself. After the full 2.5 days originally estimated for completion, they had brought in plumbing, built one wall, installed the shower base, and incorrectly installed the shower valve. They wanted to continue into the next week rather than finish Saturday; at their pace, another 2-3 workdays appeared necessary. I ended the job and hired proficient professionals who corrected the mistake and quickly finished the work, leaving everything meticulous. I cannot recommend this handyman.

Not even a month later I started having issues and come to find out my pipes were cracked and needed to be replaced. I wouldn't have purchased this home had I known I would be stuck with over $8k of sewer repairs. I reached out to the company they were extremely rude and didn't take any accountability. I hope no one ever has to go through this horrible financial burden I'm now facing. I wish I could go back in time and use a trustworthy company to do my sewer inspection.
