After calling many outrageously priced architects and trying one who was incapable of writing plans to allow us to change our too small loft into a master suite. Dave solved this problem by simply raising the roof a few feet and was able to design it with lots of windows and plenty of room. He worked extremely well with my builder and was careful to consider the engineering issues. His work was not only thorough but also timely and reasonably priced. He was also available when needed.
