This review is wayyy overdue! Crystal has done both of our kids newborn photos, family photos, and holiday photos. We LOVE her work and how easy it is to work with her. Her attention to details is impeccable. The way she handles babies is truly an art and both times I've been awed. She offers a detailed session before the photo shoot and she goes over colors, outfits, desired outcome, accessories, and special family ornaments. The second time around, she offered hair and makeup in her package for maternity photos and it came in so handy. Her makeup artist came over my house to prep me before heading over to the studio. She also has a mini fridge with drinks like coffee, olipop, water, etc with light snacks. Her playlist is so soothing. She has piano/orchestra music playing during sessions to soothe the babies. She has a fan, shusher, pacifiers, and diapers on hand. She changes the diapers too for longer sessions! For the holidays, she presented us with a free holiday ornament and cookies. We just love her work and how special she makes her clients feel. We picked her because her photos look like oil paintings and she mixes in digital art to add special effects. Also, the album we got, wow! It's like on what looks like ancient paper and it's made in Italy I believe. I know she's more on the higher end of photography cost but I promise you it's worth it!!! We can't say enough about crystal! She not only takes great, heirloom worthy images, but she goes above and beyond. She spend extra time to get ALL the shots proud parents want. Shes flexible, and provides I -home design consultation and mounting for portraits. We've gone to her now for our newborn and sitter images a d will return for our 1 year images.
