She actually had the nerve to act like I was going to steal something. I have a pretty good instinct of how people treat others in. This really was disappointing that Bath and body Works actually would hire somebody that chooses who she wants to deal with or who they want to deal with depending on what they look like. I walked out as I pretended like I was talking on the phone and everything has been recorded. she acted like I was a criminal off the street because I didn't look pretty. I think the store needs to have a crack down on how their associates are trained to deal with people because you never know who's gonna walk into your store. It could be a celebrity or it could be a bum off the streets, but everyone should be treated equal. I will never be returning to this Bath and body Works and I will be also sharing this video all over social media and to all my clients and since I am a blogger, it will be distributed as well on how I was treated walking in the store and how I was treated leaving. This is unacceptable and I think a manager needs to talk to the associates on how quick they think that somebody is a problem versus somebody that's been spending thousands and thousands of dollars at their store.
