She completely mishandled my vitals. The oxygen monitor on my finger read 66%, and she was unable to fix it. She then took my blood pressure over my jacket and claimed it was fine. After that, she drew my blood and walked away with the unlabeled sample before entering my information. This level of care is unacceptable. Whoever oversees this facility needs to take action. Our family will no longer be patients here, and we'll make sure to discourage others from coming. To the establishment: you will lose business if you continue to allow your employees to treat patients this way!

Glad I went out in the freezing cold to an appointment that didn't exist anymore and that nobody bothered to tell me about. She said I should've responded to the reminder sent to me. I never received a reminder. Not by phone or text or email and they have all that information on how to reach me. I'm aggravated and might have to find a new care center since this one doesn't care.

She did not seem to know anything about the meds that I was taking, and the most annoying factor was that, seeing as this was my yearly physical, she did not file a prescription for my meds for the year as all others do. Two of the meds were not prescribed at all. Also, her nurse measured my height as 1 1/2 inches less than it is. I think the level of their abilities, or their lack of enthusiasm, causes them to be incompetent. I have never been treated by a doctor that seemed to care so little about the patient.
