Needless to say we have tried a lot of places over the years but for the the last 2-3 years we have been using center of balance exclusively. Donna and the other therapists always take the time to address our specific needs and adjust their time spent on problem areas instead of churning out a textbook relaxation massage. We always leave refreshed and energized. There have even been times where Donna has been able to figure out the actual cause of a problem instead of just tending to the spot itself. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional and you will not be disappointed.

The woman that did them, Kendra, applied too much adhesive to my natural eyelashes. Soon after that, my real eyelashes fell out because the false lashes were too heavy with the glue. I have yet to get my eyelashes to grow back to normal length/volume. I'll never return to this "spa." It was a nightmare.

The first time I saw her was 12/1/2025 for a deep tissue massage. Without any tools whatsoever, she worked my body over that I could feel it for three days. Amanda is the best massage therapist I've ever encountered. Without a doubt I will never see anyone but her. Her prices are very reasonable, so much so that I feel the need to tip her generously. If you are looking for the best massage experience of your life, then book an appointment with Amanda ASAP.

Joanna is their dip specialist and she is a nail artist sent from heaven. I spent around 3.5-4 hours there, but it was worth every minute. She is a perfectionist who will not leave a single nail with a flaw. I came in with the worst nails: bitten, jagged, overgrown and frayed cuticles. I left with gorgeous fall/Thanksgiving themed nails. She is friendly and makes every minute you are there amazing. I will absolutely be going to Joanna for all my dip polish needs as long as I love in Cookeville. I highly recommend her! And I got all that for just 35 dollars (not including the tip I left her)!! If you are looking for an amazing set of nails, Joanna is the girl you need! :)
