A couple months ago, though they are a provider in my network, I was told you have UMR insurance (employer paid not Medicaid) you can't see the doctor you can only see the nurse practitioner! For real, because you can charge a dr visit same price so really you're just greedy, gotcha! Referred co worker 1, they looked them up saw they take walk ins and went there to be seen and during their posted business hours, closed! Referred co worker 2 and they refused to make them an initial appointment because you must be a walk-in customer to begin being a patient. I have terrible allergies, get an allergy shot every year in the spring. I was told due to my symptoms I would have to be seen in the parking lot and receive my allergy shot in the parking lot. So wait they said I have to pull my pants down in the parking lot to receive an allergy shot, because my symptoms which I never even mentioned to them when trying to make my appointment are similar with COVID, but they still require masks in the their affixed the minute you walk in, that are supposed to work right and this is May 2022 not May 2020 and we no longer need masks on planes, but I need to pull my pants down in the parking lot of the office to receive an allergy shot I get every year.... I will no longer go to nor refer anyone, I will tell people to never go here!!!

She's a wonderful listener & always very attentive to my concerns, & changes in pain levels. She gave me physical therapy exercises to do at home & had several treatment recommendations I used in addition to using medication. She closely monitors my pain levels not only the day of my appointment, but throughout the entire one month period between appointments. She never rushes through her time with me & provides a very personalized patient care experience. Shes always very open & honest, explaining why or why not she recommends or prescribes various treatments. In addition to medication & home exercise, she gives spinal injections that provide excellent pain relief & allow me to perform more activities without using more medication. As a retired RN of 32 years, I highly recommend Dr Stelling, not only because she is a highly specialized, intelligent physician, but also because of her sincere concern for her patients. Woman is a doctor and tried to tell me you can get pregnant from a toilet lid or a towel, before I got married when I was wanting to get on BC. she took me off my pills without telling me because she was scared they'd 'hurt the baby'??? Im not even pregnant?? She also made me go through hell to get back on them, and would flat out refuse to help with anything. They draw labs in office, and she almost killed me by shooting air into my vein and got pissed when I didn't want to have my blood drawn anymore by her. Lol. Id recommend ANY other doctor. When they let me go as a patient, i had zero balance with them. But ironically, out of no where, i got a letter that says i magically owe them $400? No... something's fishy. F*** them. Care quality is awful.
