Very nice hotel, as has been my experience in several past stays at this chain in Europe. Staff were friendly and facilities very clean. The air conditioner did a decent job keeping up w/ 90+ degree days, which was most welcome. I've stayed here several times, and I'll keep coming back. Modern and comfortable on the inside but fits in with the historical character of the great location in the center of town. Breakfast is good with a spread that should satisfy a range of American & European tastes. Prices do seem a bit high, likely owing to the shortage of comparable competition in town. read more

Old building turned into a 4* hotel in the old town. Overall: very well done! I chose a Privilege Room with extra space and access to a separate lounge (replaced my breakfast with fantastic donuts and a few other things for the small appetite). Everything is pretty new and that makes it also comfortable. Selection of different pillows included. The Jansky restaurant is very modern and the waitresses are almost girls and boys from high school - but certainly well trained. Great food - ranks among the top restaurant at TripAdvisor. Old hotel, nice renovation. Staff is friendly and great location for walking to the city center. The mattress are too soft and on occasion the hotel gets loud at night. Overall it's a good hotel. read more
