We just came from seeing 'A Christmas Carol' (Dickens 'Scrooge' with a twist). The twist being a…read moremodern day pair of friends, who are reading the story and it comes to life as it unfolds before them. It definitely put me in the holiday 'mood' and has an uplifting ending! The story rapidly progresses and the time just flew by, even though it was two hours long! :) Over the years I have been to 2nd Space Theatre multiple times and each performance that I have been fortunate to attend, has been top-notch! Usually PERFECTLY cast too! The plays that they choose to perform are family friendly, which is why I like to support them. It is a small theater, but that's the beauty of it. The creativity with props, lighting and costumes never ceases to amaze me. For what they have to work with, it's amazing what they can pull off. This is the first time I have gone, where they have offered us SEAT CUSHIONS! I recommend them too! Guess why! ;) At intermission, they sell a variety of candy bars, water, cookies, coffee, and cocoa. All of it is about two dollars each. You cannot take food or drinks into the theater, with the exception of bottled water. You can park directly across the street in the east side of the Dollar Tree parking lot, or near the Chinese restaurant / Health food store area and walk east. I consider what they offer our city as a 'gift'. Fresno truly has some GREAT local talent!

It was entertaining and educational. Almost everyone who wanted to touch the animals had the opportunity to. At first my daughter was a bit scared and didn't want to touch but I'm so glad I convinced her and she enjoyed her time and most especially loved the rabbit. I'm not much of a reptile person they give me the heebie jeebies but I'm so glad to have gone. It was a great experience, it's not everyday you get so touch and see these amazing creatures uncaged. Highly recommend. They also go to school events and parties.

My grandparents were the ones who got me started and their names were Eddie and Margaret Dominguez and my mother was Judy Garcia. I have weekly classes at a very reasonable cost.The sign-up is simple, the environment is inviting and positive. The staff is helpful and friendly. The teachers are great! I'm making great progress (ha!) but I am familiar with music theory. There are always a few parents waiting in the reception area for their kids to finish their lessons. My own instructor, Juliette, is bright, patient and such a great resource. I'm 75, and a retired RN. I wish I had started sooner!
