I had a fresh pressed juice of veggies and fruit (5 euros) and a plate of hot sautéed chicken with peppers, peas and potatoes. It was the most delicious thing I have eaten in Milan so far! The focaccia bread is very good and the selection of choices (panini, beverages, pastries) is tremendous. They use biologico flour which is organic(maybe?). There are 5 Princi's in Milano and I would gladly eat in all of them!
