God forbid something happens and your car goes into repossession they will not do any research whatsoever into who they hire to do it. I unfortunately just had this happen to me and the repo company they hired assaulted the family members who were trying to help me get my car back and did damaged to my mother's property and what did I get from the credit union? "It's out of our hands now" and a "Sorry for the inconvenience". Be warned that they clearly do no actually care for their customers and all they want is a profit. Once I am done paying what I owe to them they will never see a dime from me ever again and I will tell everyone until my last dying breath not to do business with these people.

I had a terrible interest rate so I transferred to another bank. When I called to get my payoff the customer service rep asked me about 20 questions then declined me access stating I gave Incorrect information. I was so upset and he was not helpful or kind. I demanded a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I finally had someone come on and had to answer more questions, gave the same answers and was finally given my payoff. I will not bank with them again.

Our elderly client had to go into the bank with a caretaker just to pull cash the hard way. First time I've seen a bank not honor their own check.
