I will leave this review on every single 4Front Credit Union in the area if I need too, but DO NOT finance with these people. God forbid something happens and your car goes into repossession they will not do any research whatsoever into who they hire to do it. I unfortunately just had this happen to me and the repo company they hired assaulted the family members who were trying to help me get my car back and did damaged to my mother's property and what did I get from the credit union? "It's out of our hands now" and a "Sorry for the inconvenience". Be warned that they clearly do no actually care for their customers and all they want is a profit. I do not recommend this credit union for financing. It was a struggle accessing my account. Every month I had to call in and get assistance to pay my bill. I had a terrible interest rate so I transferred to another bank. When I called to get my payoff the customer service rep asked me about 20 questions then declined me access stating I gave Incorrect information. I was so upset and he was not helpful or kind. I demanded a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I finally had someone come on and had to answer more questions, gave the same answers and was finally given my payoff. One of the best banks in Northern Michigan- CASE CLOSED. 4Fronts's mobile app is excellent. Credit card interest rates are unbeatable. They also have virtual assistant- this gives their customers the ability to bank when most banks are already closed or not yet open. Also receive free credit reporting with 24 hour score update. The score is actually the score the bank uses so you always know where you stand before applying for any loans, credit cards etc. read more
