But we were in for a surprise. Once we walked down the stairs we found a pretty big branch of this great grocery store. If you park on the other side, you'll see it's obviously a big shop. Due to the size, it had everything we needed and then some. The usual good quality and fair prices. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Loaded up our car for little money. Left very happy as usual.

Besides all the basic food items like dairy products, rice, pasta, bread, water, veggies, fruit and household products this shop has a nice selection of meat, fish, seafood and cheese. Get some meat cuts and cheese at the fresh counter. Good quality products for low prices. A great selection of chutneys (perfect to go with manchego cheese) for just 1 Euro a glass as well. Fish, mussels, razor clams, scallops etc. Nice and fresh. This shop here offers really much more than it seems at first glance. Friendly staff as well. You can tell - by the selection and the prices - that this shop doesn't aim for tourists. It's for the local folks. And that's a great thing. Loved shopping here.
