But that's pretty common these days, not just for Farmer's Market, but parking in general. Lots of food options and I don't just mean vegetables. You could pretty much have breakfast and lunch here. I was able to pick up some fresh baby blue eucalyptus plants for my shower, as well as lavender oils to really help with my aromatherapy relaxation routine at home. The Hillcrest Farmers Market happens every Sunday from 9am to 2pm and there are usually well over 150+ vendors set up along University Avenue and Normal Street. Parking is a bit tricky, but we were very lucky to find a spot in a nearby neighborhood. Once we got in, we found a great assortment of meats, sauces, dips, and more. In a somewhat hidden part of the trail, there's a bunch of exotic food options to consider, including flavors from Africa, as well as some tables where you can sit and enjoy the food. There are also flowers, veggies, eggs, honey, and pretty much anything you'd be interested in. I think we shopped for about 45 minutes as casual browsers, and it felt like a good amount of time to get a feel for the place. It's a great spot to support small businesses.
