No good. I called Richardson's and was told I could have my ring in two days! I brought it in and was told that it would actually take 3-4 weeks....I was visibly crushed. The gentleman took one look at my sour face and said "you can't wait that long, can you?" Forlornly I replied "I was told on the phone it would be ready in two...this is my engagement ring" The gentleman said "I understand, we'll do our best" I walked out feeling defeated. The holidays were upon me and I was so disappointed I wouldn't be able to show off my gorgeous ring. I tried to forget about it and went about my day. Then my phone rang. It was Richardson's telling me my ring was ready!!!! I had planned on two days and settled for two weeks and to my hearts delight and disbelief I had my ring in TWO HOURS! They sized it perfectly and polished it to boot. It looked better than before and it was sparkling on my finger. So much gratitude to the stellar, hardworking employees at Richardson's...
