I'm always incredibly pleased with the results. Everyone is very detailed oriented. I just went in today after doing my own color and they were nice enough to help get the staining off of my scalp. This place it popular with moms with kids and old guys with very little hair left on top. I have a basic flat top so maybe my view is skewed but been her 3 times and each time I went away happy. I also get a straight razor shave. The 1st time it was not done that well but I did not speak up because the place was real busy. The next time I went back I told him where my bad spots were and he took care of them proper. My only complaint that they could spend a little more time on the neck and ears to get those little hairs that are annoying. He also did not clean up my head I'm covered in hair just overall it feels that this was someone's friend filling in at the chair or just starting out. Gave a tip because I'm nice but I can't come here again really disappointing.

They technically didn't close until 7pm, so I made it in plenty of time. Even after I explained we were there in plenty of time and that we were leaving for vacation the next day, she still just shrugged and refused to provide haircuts. Terrible customer service and for that I will never give them by business again. Furthermore, I will be spreading the word how uncaring, rude, and selfish of a hairdresser she was to me and my two young children.​​ so disgusting and disappointing.

I felt like a million bucks and very confident when I walked out of there and it's nice not walking into a barbershop where all the guys think they're gangsters they're all wannabes and ask you what number you want What what number? That right there just shows inexperience on the part of the owners. If I wanted a haircut with a trimmer, I'd have my blind grandfather do it ! Trendsetters very professional and you can tell and see the talent that there. Also, I called late on Saturday afternoon and they fit me in in the owner stayed late and waited for me. Finally decided it's time to give it up. A barber shop does not get any better than Desmond (the guy I ask for) or Scott. You get small town gossip and careful, leisurely attention to your hair including warm shave cream and a razor trim at the end. The ladies pay $50 for this kind of treatment (and probably less salty commentary from the town elders and wise guys who wander in and out). We get it for $15 plus your generous tip. Don't expect to walk in and plop down without an appointment, however. The online reservation system is easy. Then just be sure you keep that appointment. Those are straight edge razors, know what I mean?
